Both formal and informal gardens, set in 12 acres, draw the eye away from the house up to the large (12m x 8m) heated swimming pool. In addition to the charming and comfortable vine shaded main terrace, the master suite has its own private terrace as does the pigeonnier.
Both houses are comfortable in all weathers with air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating in the main house, a large fireplace in the drawing room and log burners in the kitchen and pigeonnier. The house is elegantly furnished as a home and well equipped with five attractive bedrooms together with a spacious drawing room, sitting room, and farmhouse kitchen built around the terrace. Three further pretty bedrooms in the pigeonnier provide flexible accomodation that is as suited to one small family as to two large ones.
The charming village of Montcuq (5Km) is a delight for everyday provisions, cafes and a market. The river Lot meanders through Cahors (23km), Lauzerte is 15km and there is tennis (5km), golf, boating, fishing, and horseriding nearby. Airports at Toulouse ,from where travelling time by car is quickest (127km), Bergerac (109km), Bordeaux (221km). TGV at Montabaun (36km) and Agen (71km).
